One more week left!
I am ready for this to be over. I am so burnt right now. I am in pain 90% of the time. I take ibuprofen, and it helps, but the pain is always there. Even wearing a shirt hurts, so most of the time at home I go without one on. Also, I have three small blisters—one in between my breasts and two under my arm. I’m worried about how they are going to react to more radiation. An open wound would be terrible. I spend most of my time covered in lotion now trying to prevent that.
My skin feels gritty. It’s a lot like leather. Thank goodness I’ve used all of that lotion. I can’t imagine what it would look like if I hadn’t. I just keep telling myself that it’s only five more days.
I cannot begin to imagine. Sending prayers and positive thoughts to you.

Thank you! It is amazing how quickly it goes from tolerable to painful. On the plus side, if someone were to try to kidnap me, I’m covered in so much lotion I could easily slip away. Ha!
